      No response after 2 weeks. They never sent my service request into AMERICAN HOME SHEILD. I had to call *** twice because of no communication from FD's. Scary to deal with these companies after you have paid for this warranty and when you need them on a service request, they all run and hide. These companies need to be prosecuted.

      This is a bad business. Our warranty company assigned this "company" to us, we wasted our time dealing with this place. They do not answer their phones, they do not return their messages, they pretty much don't want you to contact them. They sent a repair person and I use that term lightly because the person had no idea what he was doing. He said that two parts on our furnace were bad and he would put a rush order on it to the warranty company. We let a week go by and still had not heard anything back from the company. We called our home warranty company and they said they were still waiting for the service report. A week of waiting and this company had not sent in the report. After a couple calls from us, the customers and from the warranty company, they finally sent in a report. They must have put something in the report that said what was wrong with the furnace was our fault and so the warranty denied our claim. This company didn't even call us to let us know the claim was denied. After a phone call with the the warranty company, we fixed this company's "mistake" and got the claim covered. Talking with the negative owner of this company will get you no where. He is like talking to a condescending brick wall. The person I mentioned earlier, who came out to our house, should leave this terrible place and get some proper training and go to a new company. What he said was wrong with our furnace was not correct and we had a second company come out, they inspected the furnace and found the cause as to why our furnace was not working. All I can say is that no one should use this company because they will not get anywhere. A poor company ran by a poor owner.

      This company is absolutely the worst. 1. They don't follow up with orders with the home warranty company. 2. They don't call you back when you leave a message with the work order number. 3. The home warranty company says parts were available for pick for more than two months; but these guys don't pick it up. When you call them to check on status, they don't call back. 4. When you ask them for status, they don't explain anything. They blame the home warranty company saying it's going back and forth between them; but doesn't tell what it's about. 5. They simply don't want to be blamed for anything when they have no responsibility in getting an open issue fixed.6. The lady on the phone line is just rude. I couldn't have been the one that she's talked to like this.. and just as every other review says here, this is a pattern.They have the worst service and they just can't handle the truth when the customers tell them.
