      This company **** is terrible to work with and they make this process horribly difficult and stressful for all parties especially the children. I heavily caution anyone considering using this provider. ABD staff are very dishonest and when questioned about this, threaten to hurt you in court with her notes and false reporting. She has threatened repeatedly to do in my case over the phone but when I asked to text that to me she laughed and said she was going to "crush me" in court. She *** spend most of the time texting on her cell and laughing to herself, when the children made important statements she didn't hear and then gaslights you and said they didn't while she scowls at me. The children don't have a fire wall for this and were visibly upset. She can't walk a to b with out claiming dire exhaustion and forces parties to sit at the mall food court for hours. You have zero say on meeting times or places. Its to suit her schedule only. If you question this she then passively aggressively doesn't return calls or text. She refuses to use email for documentation. She changes the rules on payment and tried to trick me into paying for both parties or she would not supervise. Demands payments a week in advance or will not schedule you. She refuses to return over=payments claiming they are now admin costs. This was an ever changing rule system she has the only copy to and gaslights you claiming its in ***'s policies. The ** courts need to be aware of this person and her tactics and deceitful behavior. She is a menace to this process and it needs to be said this company needs to be reviewed and monitored and investigated by the state of **********. She is quick to point out she does not fall under any guidelines or DSHS and laughs about how you have no place to file a complaint. *** visitation I believe are truly dangerous for families. Hopefully this review helps in your decision on hiring a supervised visitation vendor. This is a really big decision, use all caution.

      ****** was extremely knowledgeable and professional and her only goal was the kids safety and comfort not one parent over the other. The kids really liked her and felt safe with her supervising the visits with their dad.
