      Even though they came out and did a very good job at the beginning the ending was very concerning after I voiced a complaint with video and picture evidence of a very instrusive leak , I was simply told that is not our fault or responsibility. Through email and owners cell phone text messages he was beyond unprofessional and continued to talk down to me. While still refusing to send someone out to look at problem. NOW cuasing tens of thousands dollars in damages and emergency work orders during Christmas holidays to keep my house from being further damaged.

From start to finish, despite his youth, ***** demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication in resolving my plumbing issues. First and foremost, *****'s knowledge of plumbing systems was evident from the moment he arrived. He quickly assessed the situation and proceeded to go through a comprehensive checklist of possible reasons for the water leak. His systematic approach not only instilled confidence but also ensured that no potential cause was overlooked.*****'s efficiency was truly remarkable. He wasted no time in identifying the root cause of my high $700 water bill. He handled both the water leak and the backed-up drain issue. With his expertise and precision, he successfully snaked the pipe, eliminating the blockage and restoring proper flow. Then, he discovered that the excessive water consumption was due to a malfunctioning toilet that was filling too high. ***** promptly fixed the issue, resolving the source of the problem and saving me from future water bill surprises.In addition to his technical expertise, *****'s professionalism and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated. He patiently explained the entire process to me, answering all my questions and putting my concerns at ease. It was evident that he genuinely cared about his work and the satisfaction of his customers.My experience with Trusted Plumbing & Heating and plumber ***** was nothing short of exceptional. His knowledge, efficiency, and commitment to providing a solution were exemplary. I highly recommend ***** and Trusted Plumbing & Heating to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled plumber.       I wanted to provide my experience with Trusted Plumbing & Heating. First the preferred Sump pump they installed was the right one but at $341 at Lowes getting a $1050 bill seemed excessive. Having the installers take multiple smoke breaks - long period of times in their truck coming out smelling of smoke was frustrating. Having them pin the power cord against the piping, reset it, trouble with setting it up and having to reset it made the installation not feel so professional for the amount paid. I would not use them again
