    REPOST from YELP First of all...1 is too high! 0 rating well deserve...here's why:Appraiser (*****************************) lived up to the BAD previous reviews. 1st) She brought my home in subject too - because of a $100 fix on a (diy) railing 2nd) She didn't give credit to my ADU which has kitchenette, full bath, with 2 walkouts to yard, and windows in each of the 3 additional rooms, and 2 closets. Her reasoning was lack of functionality because (1 of 2) ways to enter bathroom is through Kitchen. Now, this is less than BS - since there are SFR that were built with this set up! 3) All comparables were on smaller lots and smaller by almost 800 sq., (or more) at least. Only one comparable was comparable in size (but still smaller than mines) and of course was the highest of value. Though after the huge adjustment - not sure why she bothered!!4) Since she sent appraisAl in with needing work - the company sent a request for her to change...which (even more) took more time.So, the appraisal was poor, turn around time horrible, and she gave no credit for my updates. I have a **** sq ft home, on almost 9k thousand lot, with a SHE shed... ****** compared my home with smaller homes, smaller lots - all valued lower! And again, gave me NO credit for all I've done to home - over last 19 years! Not happy...I understand being careful for lenders sake and not doing unethical appraisals. Where is the fairness for reasonable owners, like myself???Such companies - shouldn't be given business, if they are to scared to do the work and be fair to lender and owner!!
