- Evluma warrants that the products will perform substantially in accordance with their specifications for a period of five years after their shipment date. The customer's exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty, and Evluma's entire liability with respect to any such breach, is to return defective Products to Evluma and to receive, at Evluma's option, either a refund of the amount paid by the customer for such products or repair or replacement of the defective products. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping. This warranty is void if a product defect has resulted from accident, abuse or abnormal use of the product. Any replacement product will be subject to this warranty for the longer of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from shipment of the replacement product to the customer.
