This company shouldn't get a star. I'm not angry but broken hearted and shattered. I pray the Lord bless them as they or Seren, case worker I had to deal with, put me through the ringer.I needed surgery desperately and am in need of another, but I've lost faith and trust of ever hiring from this company again, as they hire without screening....1st employee robbed me of $12,000 plus in December and my deceased father's *** Force ring and I have yet to learn what else I'm missing. I've been recovering still from my first surgery and been out of it.2nd employee was a mess - didn't shower, didn't wear clean clothing, locked herself in my sons' bathroom, took my sons' art projects and did them, then left.3rd employee abused me.4th employee didn't work the last month and quit. We loved her, but she didn't like to work with my second son for some reason and blamed it on him. His disabilities are a little more than his brother's.None of these people really wanted to work. You have to micromanage, which isn't suppose to be the way of things. People want a job, then do the work. First Choice doesn't seem to care who they hire. They hire anyone just to have the people and send them out. Then when something goes wrong, "Oh well, I'm sorry," and send out another person who isn't any better. They threaten you if you let someone go that they might not be able to find you someone, at least, that is what Seren did with me. She didn't care about any of the things that were happening in my household. She was cold and indifferent. The detectives and APS can't do anything about going after ***** for robbing me because it is hard to prove. First Choice ought to give me retribution, but they aren't. Nothing in this world can replace my dad's *** Force ring. Nothing. He is gone and so is his ring.I'm grateful that I NEVER felt safe enough to leave any of the caregivers alone with my sons; thus, nothing happened to them, only to me. Abuse and neglect is what you get
