    I paid for summer ice skating 7 week Friday ******s on 7/12/24 for my daughter. She attended her first ****** on 7/12/24. She has been having lower back pain for 3 weeks so we went to see ************ specialist on 7/15/24. Physician assistant referred my daughter to sport medicine doctor and no sports activities until we see him. We skipped skating ****** on 7/19/24 per PAs recommendation and saw a doctor on 7/22/24. Doctor told us her back muscle all flamed up and since it hasnt improved at all, she should not participate any sports activities and do 4-6 weeks physical therapy. I scheduled first physical therapy to be 8/2/24 on 7/23/24 and also emailed Sno-King on the same day via contact us feature on their website and explained our situation that she will have to miss the rest of all ******s. I understood that they dont refund per their policy but asked if they can pause our registration or give us credit so we can use it after doctor cleared my daughter. They never responded. I also emailed director twice on 7/25/24 and 7/29/24 but she never responded.
