      I called prior to the charge and was supposed to have my payment method removed, but this was not done and I was charged for a full months of services for January even though no services have or will be provided. They are refusing to offer me a FULL refund of the $148.00 dollars charged, and have only refunded half. So they are charging me $74.00 for services not provided over a technicality. I have already spoken to 3 managers and called 4 different times regarding this issue and all the staff is rude and condescending to speak to, I have already described that I am extremely ********** and this issue has put me in a huge pinch with my finances and nobody at the company seems to care.

      Hi *******, this is in reference to the Case ID above. Our team reached out to Alyssa * times over the phone whereby we explained our withdrawal policy which she had agreed to. ******** request to withdraw from lessons was received after the cut off date and we explained our policy multiple times but she refused to accept the answer and she wanted to dispute the charges with her bank.

       

      As per our policy she was eligible was 50% refund for not communicating prior to the cut off date and she just refused to accept the policies in place which she had agreed to. Please let us know what else is needed from our end - happy to provide any additional information we can.

      Hello, I was scheduled for Safe Splash swim ******s for my 2 boys on 7-13-24 at 12pm. When I arrived I was told by the front desk to just go to the back and go through womens locker room. When I walked through the womens locker room there were women changing and partially ****. I have 2 boys aged 11 and 8 and this was highly inappropriate. When I got to the back no one greeted us and we sat for awhile unaware of what to do. I called SafeSplash at 12:00 and asked them if this was normal procedure and the representative said she doesnt know because shes never been to that location. I asked her to have a manager call me back so I could discuss this because swim ******s havent started and Im just sitting here. After a while someone yelled out my kids name and then went over to the pool to practice. The entire ****** was chaotic and very disorganized. When it was over there is nowhere really to get dressed because there is a big sign that says safe splash isnt allowed to use the facilitys there. The entire experience was awful and I called to complain about it at about 12:50pm. The representative told me she put on a complaint and would try to speak with someone about a refund. She mentioned someone would call me within 48 hours but no one ever called me back to deal with this issue/complaint. Payment was for the full month but I withdrew my children same day and would like a refund minus the one day please.

      My daughter had a membership for swim lessons, and for the most part, it was fine. Two classes (8/11/23 and 8/25/23) were canceled during the membership and makeup tokens were issued for them. I called on several occasions to use the makeup tokens, and no spots were open for my daughter to be scheduled. We eventually had to cancel a class or two as well and was issued tokens. I have called numerous times to find out options available- schedule or explore other options- overtime to make use of the tokens, and at one point the expiration dates were extended since the tokens were close to expiring. For a while, classes still had no open spots to schedule into, and we canceled the membership according to policy. Now, my daughter is playing sports and works, so her schedule is more restricted and we arent able to schedule according to Safe Splash Fairwood available spots. We had a were finally issued a credit on the account for two tokens, but the other two have expiration dates of 10/31 and 11/2. I reach out to Safesplash to schedule within the week because my daughters schedule is finally clear, and Im told I can not be helped because their first open class is 11/4 and my tokens expire before then. I was told I couldnt be helped because theyve already extended the dates, but I can not be at fault for their class availability and canceled classes that we chose due to our schedule availability. I am willing to lose the token expiring 10/31 since its tomorrow, but I would at least appreciate scheduling the second token and having the opportunity to schedule it on Saturday 11/4.Also, this is not for ****************** location. It is for the Fairwood location.

      I have patiently waited for a refund of $360 for over 2 months from Safesplash Swim School ******************* *********************************************************), school location: *********** in ************. I need help to get it collected. I called and emailed them numerous times. They said they sent the check but did not and lied to me many times.This company has wasted so much of my time. It has caused me much stress and aggravation, and I can not wait any longer. They are very unprofessional and very dishonest. I need help getting this resolved. Please help.
