    On August 3rd we were told our Golden needs eye surgery for serious problem called Pigmentary Uveitis. We were referred to Northwest Animal Eye Specialists. We have tried to contact them since August 5, 2022 with no response. Their phone message goes on to say they have been verbal abused by clients and that they will refuse treatment if mistreated. It's an interesting and off-putting message to clients. We have received 3 emails from them saying they have not received our dogs records from our Vet and we know that the records were faxed and emailed multiple times. This doctor is very negative and nasty and we will not allow her to see our Golden. The staff and the doctor are defensive and we haven't even met them yet. Very unprofessional and should not be in business! Be aware!
