    These guys are a total scam. We contracted them to repair the foundation for one of the units in our condo building and they cut through the main electrical doing over 10k in damages. They not only didn't finish the job, they had the audacity to send us a charge for the full bill while they are complete ghosts whenever we tried to contact them numerous times over phone and email over a period of months. Our only recourse is to have to take them to court. Nightmare scenario - don't do business with these guys.

    I can't even give one star. we have been stood up two times. no show, no call. this after having been rescheduled by the company. We got our sump pump put in by pefma dry and had excellent service up until this year, 2924. Been trying to schedule maintenance for three months now. I guess it's time to move on to another company. ****** household

    They seem to think they can outsmart people with their shotty repair and neglect to take ownership of it all.We had them come out around two years ago, install two pumps and a backup battery fast forward to now and they refuse to fix the issue, and say that the warranty isn't valid. They are a big-time scam, we have conversations saved, receipts, etc. They will do anything they can to get out of what they are liable for. We will be reporting them to the better business bureau and won't leave this be until they are do what is RIGHT.

    I was quoted one number for a combo service that included the fee for both services and a discount that was advertised in a mailer. The serviceman came late two days in a row, never texted or called to update us on why he's late, and didn't have the right part to finish the job on the first day as agreed (and we had to call the company to find out what is going on, to their surprise). After he finished the job, he claimed to waive the fee for one of the services, but the final price was the exact same number as was originally quoted (which had included the "waived" service) ... so in other words nothing was actually waived but he just made a zero next to that service on the invoice to make it look like it was. I asked if they could honor their original quote (that included both services, not just one) with the discount from the mailer and then, in addition, to waive the fee for one of the services to honor their comp offer due to the serviceman's poor professionalism. They did not, but essentially said "take it or leave it." I have had a good experience with them in the past, so I'm giving them a 3 star instead of a 2 or less. But this was not a very professional or ethical scenario, and I hope they get better at communicating well with each other, with their clients, and in being consistent with their pricing.
