It is true that Balance Hot Yoga Renton was forced to close our doors no fault of our own.  Our landlord would not renew our lease in February and we were closed in March 2025.  The landlord re opened their own yoga business within a month time. (This was my previous business partner at that location)  In limbo our teachers and I tried to re-open nearby and decided to assist other studios in the nearby area to open instead of creating another competition in the area.  There are two that we support, in the meantime, we had a second location that many of our teachers and students enjoyed that studio has been opened since 2021.  We offered our members the option to use their memberships there while we try to find resolution with my old business partner (owner of the new studio/same space)  **** has agreed to use the **** location. She took class 7/7/2025. We have had kind and courteous conversation that is included in the attachments.   You will see she came to class the morning of 7/7 in another attachment and lastly you can see she has 7 of 8 classes left to use, that were PAYMENT TYPE "Comp/Guest".    We are devastated by the loss of our yoga community and were doing our best to keep the community together.   I do not believe that a credit is due at this time.  From our conversation we had no reason to believe that she was still upset.

$150 for one month unlimited classes 1 week into it, I found out I cant be doing hot yoga due to health related reasons and when I reached out to the manager for a refund and/or partial refund it took her over a week to get back to me and she was very unprofessional and said things like:- you can still do hot yoga with that health concern, I know plenty of people that do.- we arent a bank, I dont need to get back to you within 24 hours.- Im not giving you a refund or even a partial refund. She also refused to talk to me over the phone and insisted on texting.
