Love my new shower/tub! Installer noticed flaw and replaced it the next day and finished up. Very conscientious. Preplanning was very low key- no pressure.

I was very impressed with the great service I received. It started with *****, my service representative, who explained everything and showed me my choice of products and explained the process from start to finish and she was spot on. I would also call out my installer, *******, who was so polite and did just an amazing job. I couldn't be happier with my bathroom remodel. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about it. Everything proceeded quickly, smoothly, and professionally. One issue was particularly unexpected an electrical line to the jet tub that could not be viewed until the tub was removed turned out to be too short for the installation to be completed something we were supposed to have resolved ourselves but couldnt have known. ****** from ReBath instantly got on the phone searching for and finding in record time an electrician who came out almost immediately and fixed the line without delay, saving our schedule. Our installer, ***, was the consummate professional, quietly going about his business, explaining everything to us as he went and creating a simply beautiful product. *********************** was also the consummate professional, explaining the project in great detail, with unlimited patience, humor, integrity, and his wonderful personality. We absolutely love ReBaths product and work. The uninterrupted smooth single-piece panels are simply beautiful. Although I was doubtful of the corner-ledge seat and corner shelves from the drawings, they are extremely solid and functional. The floor of the shower slopes down from all angles to the drain and the texture is absolutely anti-slip. The fixtures are high-quality **** and we have three heads that can be used together or separately. Everything is clean, easy to clean, and looks like new every day.We give *****, ******, *** and ReBath our unequivocal highest rating and endorsement!!!Re-Bath of Tri Cities

We had a tub to shower done and it turned out great. I had a misunderstanding with the billing department but after my husband got it sorted out and it was all explained to him and he explained to me how it is done when you go through Lowes to set things up and then are billed out. The shower turned out great and it made our bathroom look 100% better. I will recommend them to anyone needing a **************** done. The guys who came out were great and very polite and our salesperson ***** was so kind and great and knows her stuff, she's worth her weight in gold. ****, her manager is on his A game as well.Re-Bath of Tri Cities

Everyone who worked with us on this project, from ***** to ****** were wonderful. Our installers, ******** and **** were quick, quiet, personable and professional. The involved us in every step of the installation and did an outstanding job. When finished, they cleaned the whole bathroom, not just the shower, including vacuuming and mopping the floor! The shower fits seamlessly into the room and looks like it is original to the house! The whole project took only 6 hours! I can't say enough about how pleased we are.
