    On Tuesday, August 23rd, I went to Spanky's car wash as I do most mornings. The new employee at the wash, failed to direct my vehicle into the rails. This caused my wheel to hit the end of the rail that does not have a bumper on it and damaged my wheel. I have dash camera footage from in front of my car and inside my car that shows the employee's actions, the car hitting the rail and my reaction when it hit. I also have camera footage from inside and outside from after I exited the tunnel and jumped out to check the wheel. The manager on duty was right next to me, as she was drying the vehicle that was ahead of mine. She immediately took photos, and we spoke about it. I offered my camera footage and was told that they have their own and that they had to send the issue to the ***** I received a call from someone identifying themselves to be the ** on Tuesday Aug 30th; the man claimed to have reviewed their footage and said they aren't responsible because there is a bumper there to prevent damage. I requested the video footage to review myself or to send to insurance and was told "I'll see if the owners will let me do that". I have not received the footage, I believe they will not do so because it will show their responsibility.
