      ***** the tech from wheco arrived and started to test various thing on the macine. after 1.5 hours he began to replace parts that he thought would make the ****34/19 level. After ordering the part (relief valve) the machine still didn't level. So ***** says to me after all this it the simple outrigger switch I should've cheked that first. So ******************** the outrigger switch with a small piece of wire and says h*** oder the parts and send them to me. The lift is still not working correctly with a bandaid for a fix. (Note this is a piece of aerial equimpment.) I am shocked that a company would allow a piece of equimpent to be operated with a bandaid for just simple safety concerns. So after not trouble shooting the simplest of parts he inturns orders parts that do not fix the problem. and bi-passed a saftyy mechanism. oorders the correct part and sends them to me to install. I did agree that I would try to install them since they are a mobile company. I I fill the i shouldn't be required to pay for a technican to learn on a piece of machinery that he's worked on before. Most tech's start with the simplest of parts to repair. I am more to willing to pay for hat he did. Time 2hrs and travel time and the actual cost of the parts he ordered but don't install. The time for the installation of the valve I don't feel is good company practice.

      On Friday January 26, ****, our VP of Operations, ***********************, was in contact with Spade Bridgewater. A different WHECO technician was dispatched on Saturday morning, January 27, ****, to rectify the situation. Within a few hours, we fixed the machine, and the machine was working as per factory specifications. All invoices have been zeroed out, and Spade Bridgewater was notified that he has a zero-account balance.
