      Dont get an auto loan from them!!!!! They will take your payments early then when you have a payment arrangement they dont follow through with it and then repo your car when you do skip a payment and slap you with insurance they put on your vehicle when there is already insurance and then charge you 4k for it! None of my possessions were in my vehicle when I went to get it back after being repod! The people that repot my car, said that they fight with us all the time, but Im it happens often morning. Do not get a loan from them

      I can't recommend any one to do auto loan with them.they keep adding up more money on top of what you owe and paying ,your loan doesn't go down at all.i can't wait to finish paying the ******* single late payment but the treatment is saw evil.

      Slow or non-existent call back for card services. Quick to block cards, but slow to contact customers for fraud alerts. Extremely long wait times. Will offer to "call back," but this is rare in my experience. Leaving after being a ****** member for decades. Inspirus wasn't great, but Gesa is just plain awful.

      Have never seen or experienced anything like this before A COMPLETE DISASTER this new credit card roll out has Caused ***** Inconvenience that I have lost faith in this bank sad to say. From the beginning of things not being paid that were supposed to that was on a schedule was assured that - Yes Definitely items would go through before the card changes those things would be paid . Complete opposite had Businesses calling me stating that payments were denied. They asked what Bank and I told them Gesa Bank.... The reply back was they had other customers that have been having the same problems and they said I was not the only one, so THEY were aware as well of numerous problems. So at this point Gesa Bank already had a Negative Reputation. Also became aware that you cannot see your past statements any longer because you're old card is no longer active. So just from a month ago no possible way to see your statements and who you've paid and how much to make comparisons. Just to be able to look at it! Also your 1.5% was no longer available that you had earned and you have to wait months for it to come back to your account! Money that was yours. Also trying to activate the card It's very time consuming I took off 5 hours from work to try to remedify the problems! That was the first couple of days of the roll out of the new card. I am sad to say I have lost trust in this bank.

      I was double charged with one payment already going through and they would not refund the overpayment until 4 days had passed so they "could ensure they got their money". They already got their money deducted from my checking account 4 days ago and yet they charged me again, throwing my checking account into disarray just before Memorial holiday....leaving me with no money and nobody will help me. DO NOT get a loan from GESA.

      The recent credit card rollout is a disaster. Our new cards arrived but we couldnt activate them for a week. In the meantime our old cards failed so we had to switch all of our online recurring payments to a non-Gesa card. The day we were able to activate the cards, which we did, we received newer cards in the mail. The original new cards had the wrong fraud number on the back so we had to deactivate those and activate the new ones. Now our online banking is showing switched balances on our cards. We did not do that! Somehow someone else did. Weve been to a branch & on the phone for over three hours, talking to 7 different people. The issue is still not resolved. We are ready to shop for a new credit union!

      ZERO STARS, THIS CREDIT UNION CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I have an auto loan with GESA. My bank made an error and i missed a payment. As soon as i realized it, I tried to call, go on the app and go on the website to quickly make the payment. There was NO PLACE on the app or website to make a payment. The website sent me to a separate website that i could not log into, ands when i tried to reset the password, I was NEVER sent the email to reset. EVERYTIME I CALL, I AM 18, 20, 22 IN LINE AND CANT GET THROUGH. I HAVE TO WORK AND CANNOT SIT ON THE PHONE ALL DAY WAITING TO FIX THIS. AT THIS POINT I AM GOING TO PAY THE LOAN OFF AND THEY WILL LOSE REMAINING INTEREST. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BANK AGAIN, THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

      The worst banking I have ever seen. Received harassing calls from ****** in collections, would call my father and argue with him. They never knew the status of my car loan ! Id make payments and they called to harass me about late payments! Repossessed my car 12/20, told me they could not accept anymore payments! The week of Christmas!Days later they cashed 2 checks I sent and never credited my account or refunded OR refused payment ! They never responded to emails or messages left ! Now I have to fight this illegal repossession and I still received a registration renewal from DOL ! Furthermore my car was for sale at a dealership in ******* since January 2025 ! Still registered in my name! Theyre ******!

      There's a 5k discrepancy for my auto payment. When I called their number and asked they said I have to let them know if I make extra payments. There was supposed to be an investigation done and credited to my account but nothing has been done. They don't know where the extra 5k is at. They are scammers.

      Overdraft fees pile up. They do not believe in OD protection.See these bad reviews and their lack of attention in their replies? Do KNOT waste your time or put your TRUST in Gesa.
