    Got **** to come out to give an estimate for fixing up two leaked sprinkler heads. **** told us we need to replace all the valves & gave us a verbal quote. We told him also we have a few heads that do not rotate and that should be fixed. He told us he and his crew will do that as part of the quote. We decided to go with him as he told us he can do the job the next day - even though he claimed he is super busy. Once the job done, he gave us an invoice that was about $200 more than the quote. When we told him that he gave us a fixed price including correcting the rotating heads, he said he did not realize that there were more than " a couple" and gave us a "smart" answer - "we would be out of business if we don't charge you...." Well, this is a classic case of bait and switch (my wife was there and heard the entire conversation). Even after that, we received the invoice full of errors (entries were all wrong even though the total - more than what was quoted - is the same) and had a due date ONE DAY after the invoice date! My wife went back and forth several times to get that clear up. Finally, we just gave up and paid the bill in full. Buyer beware. BTW, we were going to contract with him to service our system going forward for fall and spring, no more!
