      ***********, *** Store # ****. Thursday March 27, 10:39am I paid extra money for an envelope delivered the next day to ******, city an hour away. The envelope had to be delivered Friday March 28 at 12:00pm the latest. The envelope contained material for a legal litigation, and time is of the essences. I had to make sure the envelope would arrive before attorney's office closed the following day. At the same time, I didn't want to miss a day of work, I decided to take the envelope to the *** store to have it deliver without "problems". At the *** store I was assured if I paid $53.53 the envelope would be delivered at noon (12:00pm), the next day, is why I paid so much money. However next day, something made me drove to ******, from Tricities, (more than one hour one way), I lost a day at work anyway. When I arrived where the envelope should had arrived at noon. It was 1:50pm and waited until 2:25pm and the envelope never arrived. I called *** "customer service" line, and it's a nightmare, the experience with *** "1800" number is horrendous!!! I tried the number at *** store in ********, **, which was where I started the shipment of the envelope, their automated lines re-road my call to their "customer service" and my nightmare never ended, terrible, horrible customer service over the phone!!!I stopped by the *** in ******, after 3:00pm. ****** an associate there, his nametag had message "I will work my best for you", or something similar. ****** paid full attention to my problem, started investigating with his computer, then made a couple phone calls for me, ***** really made truth the message on his nametag, because he when beyond and above his duty. At least I didn't feel ignored as I did, at the Richland store. I went back to ******** *** store Friday and today Tuesday, where their associates made me felt unwelcome both times. They can't and won't help me, they don't know when I can get back my envelope!!! I still don't have the envelope back. I need it urgent!!!
