    We recently had Mr. ********************** come to clear the line from our kitchen sink and washing machine from the house to the main line. They ran a cable line first from the washer line then the kitchen sink line with no improvement after several hours. They didn't run the cable through the outside drain/vent pipe. They didn't know what to do so they contacted their manager who recommended some other ideas, some quite costly. We opted for a drain cleaner, but that didn't help either. So we spent almost $570 for no results at all. We contacted another plumber who was able to easily clear the problem within 20 minutes for less money. I am very disappointed by our service from Mr. ********************** and regret calling them. I will not recommend them to anyone else.
