      This "business" is a bait and switch scam. After my 15 minute consult which comprised of questions and a brief tour, I scheduled my sleep study. Prior to leaving I asked the reception if there was anything due for this visit, expecting a copay. To my surprise, she said there wouldn't be a charge. I then asked how much the sleep study would be after insurance, and she said $1,000 out of pocket. 1 month later, and 3 weeks before my sleep study, I get a bill for $222.23. I call their billing team based in ******, because I'm sure that was a mistake, but they assure me that is standard price as I have not yet met my $3,000 medical deductible. I then ask how this is possible, that a 15 minute consult is 1/4 of the price I will pay for a 9 hour sleep study and she tells me the sleep study is $1,800. I confirm with her my insurance will actually pay nothing toward this as well, since again, my deductible is not met. I am not one to leave these types of reviews, but I recommend avoiding this place at ALL costs.

      The sleep center said they called me more several times which I only received a voicemail today August 23 2022 and a phone call the day before. It was to pick up my home text . They just gave it away because I did not answer my phone. Very rude when I called them to tell them I was picking it up when I told them I just got one voice mail today and one miss call yesterday. Less the 24 hours and that was unfair . She said they called more . They They gave it away and reorder one. There was no calls from them no voicemail mail but todays and the miss one without . Only on voice mail. 2 calls less then 24 hours apart. I have been waiting for this for a long time. Dont they think that that something happen far not getting a call back ? It was their fault they did not leave a message the first time and I responded to the only voicemail I got this day. What is wrong with you?
