    I have used New Phoenix Construction for a couple of projects within the last 9 months on two separate properties. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am for ****** and his team for their respect for me, my time and my property. They are the definition of professionalism, as when they say they will do something, they follow through. They show up on time to the appointment, are respectful and kind, send before and after pictures, keep the client posted on the progress or any changes, where if there are changes, options are provided for completion, finish projects in a timely manner, and they clean up after their job. For someone who has to arrange time to be home from work, it is a relief and has instilled credibility of this team for their repeated dependability, consideration, communication, and quality of work. If they are running a little late, I receive a phone call or text message letting me know their ETA, where I appreciate the consideration of keeping me posted. They offer to take off their shoes to come into the house, without being asked, and work to keep the mess to a minimum. And, I have confidence in the team's work; I had to have some roof work done, to patch some potential leak areas and replace a couple skylights, to help stretch my roof life. From the work completed and assessment report, I am confident in being able to get 5 years before replacement.****** has been a pleasure to work with. In each interaction, he has been kind and patient with me and ALL of my questions, especially when talking options. I feel ****** has been open, honest, up front and communicates directly the needs and what he and his team can do to assist with the task presented to them. I would highly recommend New Phoenix Construction - They take care of their clients, shown through their actions of caring about providing quality service and doing the right thing. As I know I am in good hands, I will turn to ****** and his team, first, for any future projects.

    I hired New Phoenix Construction to tear off and replace my roof. ****** was professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. His team worked around the occasional rain shower and cleaned up the area before leaving. I was quite pleased with how fast the work was done and the quality workmanship was excellent. I would recommend having New Phoenix Construction bid on any job that you may need as he is a full service contractor.
