    We hired Clean Choise Professional Services to clean our brand new windows after remodeling our house. The estimate was to remove stickers from windows and to wash windows with tracks. Two workers came at 10am and worked until 8pm!!! When they where leaving it was already getting dark to check the quality of work, they asked for the payment and I said that tomorrow Ill look at the windows and call them with payment. Next morning we started to looked at windows and was shocked! More then half of the windows where in lines and residue from window stickers, track had old dirt and mud in them then we look and stairway window and it had a big scratch. The company was washing windows from ground having brush on extension pole, the wood at front of the house had white lines from something they used. So I called a company and told them my complaint and disappointment. **** came to look at my complaint, he looked at the windows and saw all the mess, took pictures of windows we pointed out and scratch on window on the outside, my wife told him that she is very disappointed so he got very emotional and **** told us to go and find a company who can do better quality and price, if we can! We told him that well hire another company to fix their job and what ever is left from their original estimate well pay them the rest. Now they are trying to put us on collection. I called office to talk to owner, and get their insurance information to open the claim for scratched brand new window and damaged brand new wood, was told owner is busy and Ill get a call back with insurance information. No one called me, Im trying to call them but no one answers! Please help us to resolve this horrible situation we got in!

    Hello, 

    I requested insurance information from Clean Choise to open the claim on the damages their employees done on my house, made a bid scratch on my brand new window, damaged my wood no information was given by their office.
