  At the initial appointment, ******* reported I had minimal rodent problem and it would be easy to treat. ******* mentioned placing multiple cameras in my crawl space to assess current activity, as he had found evidence of prior rodent presence. Instead of multiple cameras, only a single camera was placed, and that camera was baitedsomething that was never discussed. I specifically remember ******* explaining the purpose of multiple cameras was to observe movement patterns and identify points of entry or travel. Baiting a single camera undermines that entire strategy and raises concerns about the intention behind the setup. **** returned and reported that the camera contained no video of rodent activity. He speculated that the device might have malfunctioned, the settings were off, or that there was a delay. He then claimed that the bait was disturbedwithout providing any evidence. Despite the lack of concrete evidence, he began describing scenarios involving rats tunneling, damaging the vapor barrier, and causing widespread contamination. These alarmist claims were not supported by the original plan, nor by any footage from the camera. Fearing for the condition of my home, I reluctantly agreed to the placement of poison in the crawl space at a cost of $500. In hindsight, I believe these steps were taken not to resolve the issue but to escalate it unnecessarily, using fear and urgency to pressure me into increasingly expensive services. This suspicion was only reinforced when I later received a quote ($4,500) for a full crawl space clean-up. I now believe that some of the actions taken may have actively worsened the situation or even enticed rodents into the crawl spaceeither through negligence or manipulation. Shame on you for exploiting my anxiety, fear, and vulnerability for profit.
