      received "new" ***************************** that was defective, fried hair sticking out the back, poor fiber coverage in the back with weft rows showing, wig looked very old and sad, unlike another ****** i had owned. returned this "new" wig for s tore credit. someone at their operation cut the string-tied tag and then they said i had violated store policies by removing the tag. i have filed a dispute with my credit card. they are shipping back to me, i will return unopened, RETURN TO SENDER. be careful with this business. i won't be buying from again unless i get an immediate full refund for this worthless wig. be careful with their ************** too...it's all about selling wigs and accessories from this site. i just deleted all my many posts from this group. done.

      I want to assure you that upon receiving the returned ******, our team conducted a thorough inspection. It was compared to another item in the same color in our shop, and it was determined that there were no defects present.  Additionally, upon receipt, we noticed that the hang tag was found at the bottom of the wig box.

      Upon reviewing your order this morning, I see that it has been refunded to you, with the exception of the Route Package Protection and restocking fees.

      Please know that we value each and every one of our clients, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to work with you again in the future. However, if you choose to explore other options, we understand and wish you the best of luck.

      WigStudio1 is selling extremely low-quality wigs. They will never give you a refund. I never opened the product and their response was that I damaged the lace. Don't get me started on how sweet and friendly their response is while they lie to your face! WigStudio1 is a scam!

      Final sale clearance item did not meet the criteria set in the inspection checklist. It's hard enough dealing with my hair loss. I received a wig that looks like someone pulled a garden rake through it. It has corkscrewed stretched out fibers throughout the wig. Honestly, I knew the item was open box or return but the expectation is that the item is salable because it meets the criteria " the fibers are soft and new, and item had not been combed/ brushed through. Whatever happened to this wig it should have been wig studio 1's loss not mine.

      Thank you for your information.  I have checked all three of the orders that you have placed with us and we have no record of receiving any information on the concerns you have stated in your review.  The most recent order was a clearance item.  These items are thoroughly inspected by our trained Returns Department.  Each item goes through an inspection process twice before being shipped out.  If you would like to reach out to us directly with photos, and an explanation of your concerns, we will be happy to take a look at them.

      In my opinion and through my own personal experience they are selling defective wigs. When the customer tries to return, with photos showing defects Wig Studio 1 makes the decision the wig is not defective and charges the customer with a 15% restocking fee.

      Hi ***,

      I apologize for any frustration you may have experienced with your purchase. All wigs, with the exception of clearance items, ship directly from the manufacturer.  All clearance items are inspected upon receipt and again before they are shipped out to the customer to ensure quality.

      There is a small percentage of wigs that come directly from the factory/manufacturer that have defects. If we receive an item back that is defective, ********** back to the manufacturer for an inspection and credit if there is any question. Our team received the product in question back, and it was inspected by two separate team members. It was determined that the wig was not defective and was packaged correctly based on Noriko's packaging requirements. 

      We waive all restocking fees if a re-purchase/exchange is made. In this case, an exchange was not made, which is why you were charged a restocking fee. I apologize for your frustrations. We value all of our customers and always want to work to make things right.       I wrote a review, Wig Studio 1 waited 6 MONTHS and 8 DAYS to respond and you failed to acknowledge the issue. You do not remove people from the private group only when absolutely necessary. I posted selfie in a DIY headband wig, an idea I got from the WS1 group, and was removed when questioning the post being removed/declined as other posted pics of things not from WS1 all the time. I learned several women have been removed without warning, and have recently been informed, you now pay people to moderate your FB group. Wig Studio 1 advertises "Save up to 65% OFF all ***************** and easiHair styles. These items are open box items in new condition with tags." - my expectation, is to receive the wig I ordered, free of tangles, modifications, with a new wig smell, and a zigzag part, and that is NOT what I received with *****************. I wish I could include photos. I have returned the wig and was advised via chat that Wig Studio 1 that, "it needs to be inspected and most likely we will be requesting the manufacturer to inspect the wig", but I'm pretty sure, you're not supposed to send things back the the manufacturer you've already sold to at least 2 consumers. I'll reach out to ***************** to find out. To add insult to injury, Wig Studio 1 had advised me, IF they issue a refund, I will have to pay a 15% restocking fee. They sold a wig that clearly was NOT inspected, NOT in the original condition, and no consumers should be paying a restocking fee when their items are sent in poor condition.

We provided a pre-paid return label to you at our cost and received the item back and provided you a full refund, minus the 15% restocking fee per our return policy. I apologize if you feel you have had a poor experience with our online store.
