    On May 11 2023 I signed a lease at MARGIES r.v. park in Riverside Washington. The website says completely different representation than what is actually here. While I have been here there has been no onsite manager so we are all left to do what the manager is supposed to do. My biggest concern is that after notifying the off site manager that there was a man on the property living in 202A that had a protection order on him that he and his girlfriend were violating, the off site manager didn't notify the sheriff about him. A few days later this man ,came to my r.v. spot and threatened me and my partner with a loaded gun. I tried to call the office site manager but it was a weekend and she NEVER answers on Sunday. So I left a message. The man was arrested on four different counts one being the violation of the protection order. I was reassure that 202 A lease was up August 1st and no renewal would be given so not to worry the two would be gone. The girlfriend is still here? I have paid my rent in full at ****** a month on time kept my dog leashed at all times keep my yard watered and kept nice. We are quite and respectful of others and the park rules and we have helped the off site manager out many many times with on site management chores without pay.The cameras on site were not working on the day the gun incident happened or so I was told and no formal apology has been sent. No one has fixed anything around here, except see partner and I. I spent two and a half hours washing out the bathrooms because of black and orange mold. I have no numbers to the owners and don't know if they know what happened in July of this year. The attorney general helping me with a nonrenewable lease that management tried to do to me. But I feel that they need to be held accountable for the fact that I almost died that day do to neglect. They are trying to get rid of me without any reason. They have lied to much to the public.so many ppl complained about this place stamped weekend.

    We are aware of the issues stated by the complainant. We had two previous onsite property managers that were found to be unreliable and have been working to clean up their messes left behind, which as unfortunately led to some of the issues stated above, as well as working to build trustworthy relationships with local help to get this business running smoothly and up to standard. We welcome the feedback in order to continue to reevaluate and improve our business practices. We have since reached out to this tenant and are working to correct any errors made on our part regarding the non-renewal of lease situation and have offered to in fact renew their lease.

    We have since resolved the lease agreement issue with the tenant filing the complaint. All other complaints are regarding other tenants on the property which we are handling with the legal limits as given by **************** Tenant-Landlord laws.
