    We have been coming almost daily for the last 5-6 months and have spent approx$1000 a week or so at the casino. When receiving our free-play incentive its only approx$60 a week. After talking to several other patrons who travel farther than we do and some only 20 minutes further than us it is disappointing to learn that they receive 5-7 times more than we receive and do not spend as much as we spend at the casino. As a couple that enjoys gambling and did enjoy Lucky Eagle we are going to take our money to other local casinos to ****** and stop gambling at Lucky Eagle. We want to see if Little Creek or Red Wind will be more rewarding for us.Update: spoke to the Ambassador and understand that its a 3rd party company that determines player rewards. It is very apparent that this establishment does not value the players that spend considerable money here, and place value on travel distance. We met a person who lives in ******** and has been there 2 times and receives 6X more rewards than what we receive!!!! We are absolutely done with Lucky Eagle as we have continued to go and it is by far the worst rewards system that we have encountered. Just because we are local we shouldnt be chastised for it. The Ambassador told us there are local only events that happens which is a lie as we are over half way through the year and there hasnt been one!! Well, you lost these two Silver members!!!!
