  Similat experience to the complaints and other reviews. We hired *************** 2021. She didnt leave our home until the end of April 2022, and that was because we kicked her out. She was leaving the country for a month and there was no guarantee she would come back.She would not show up for weeks on end unless we gave her the second half money, lied about being able to do HVAC work, which resulted in increased money spent. She didnt set aside money to pay the sub contractor for flooring, so we had to. We consulted with a lawyer and sent a certified letter and physically provided her with one. Ultimately most things were finished, some poorly like tile work and drywall.I saved all communication and research I conducted. If L&I or anyone is interested in it for any case building.

  Horrible contractor who just gets new license when she gets enough complaints and has to make a new one. DO NOT TRUST HER. Shes cheap for a reason and will steal your money. Paid her to do our floors and stairs and we had to fire her and she took the rest of the money. Tried to do mediation but it didnt do anything.

  I am so confused by this review. You where a customer of mine from literally 3 years ago. Can't tell if you have no life or I am just living rent free in your head at this point. You literally can't "just get a new license" as that license is attached to you as head of the company (or in my case myself as I am a DBA.) I have in fact had the same license for almost 4 years now, never changed it. Complaints? I have maybe 6-8 complaints in 5 years in which I have completed well over 6 dozen jobs.I am cheap (am I really that cheap?) because I have lower overhead then large companies, I primarily work by myself the majority of the time and rarely sub out work as I am a multi trade contractor and capable of doing all aspects of a remodel myself.So, let's get to the job I did for you guys. The product you guys bought came in damaged, box after box of laminate floor with edges chipped, delamination, many other issues. You yourself had to go back to the store multiple times to try to fix the issue with the product. This in turn pushed completion of the project out further and cause me to be starting new jobs while trying to finish your job. In the end when you guys decided you didn't want me to finish the project it had more to do with me telling you that your wife was acting extremely hostile, aggressive, and trying to tell me I didn't know what I was doing, on and on. I asked you to tell her to go somewhere so I could finish my job without being harassed. Shortly after, you decided you didn't want me to do the work. I then attempted to resolve the situation and brought up the remaining payment, what I had been paid, etc and you never responded. It wasn't until months later I was notified you wanted to go through mediation. At that meeting you told me you hired someone else, but they didn't in fact have to redo everything, in fact over 50% of the work I did, was untouched by the new contractor. You then demanded I pay you back, and pay for the new contractor.That is the reality of your claim.Please, get help with whatever issues you have so you can move on with your life and stop bugging me.
