      WARNING: If youre looking for a general contractor to build your next home, remodel an existing home or make home improvements, we strongly recommend you not use *. **** with Phoenix Fine Homes, LLC. We hired Mr. **** to add an enclosure to our patio area. He got through most of the project but didnt complete his checklist by doing the painting and caulking of the area. He also supposedly guarantees his work for one year, but within that time frame, we had a panel fall down. We contacted Mr. **** via multiple emails with pictures, phone calls, texts, and mail to let him know what happened, he responded once by texting, You might try someone else to repair the work. We declined his offer to hire someone else since his work is still under warranty. Since then, he has disappeared and weve heard nothing. The business address which is listed with the ********************************, in his contract, and business website is fictitious; it leads to a community park. We thought we had done our homework in checking his references, none of which seem to be recent, and he prides himself on all good ratings. We realized how he is getting these, before he completed our project, he asked for pictures of the project and a 5 Star review. We told him we dont give reviews until a project is completed. His response was that he would complete the work once he got the reviews. The work remains incomplete, and he has not made any effort to repair the area that failed. We had hoped to have our patio enclosure completed and repaired in order to give Mr. **** a great review. Instead, weve had to give him the review we believe he deserves. We discourage any of you from using *. **** (owner of Phoenix Fine Homes, LLC). If you want a contractor to build, remodel or repair your home, look elsewhere; we hope we can save you from losing time, money, and effort.
