    In Nov, of 2020, ******************** contracted with Site Survey & Mapping to conduct a Boundary Survey. After some startup challenges, the survey was completed. Last year, a significant property encroachment was observed in the form of a fence rebuild. When consulting the provided survey it was found no encroachment had been noted. In January 2025, I reached out to Site Survey & Mapping Owner to request follow up line survey of the encroachment, to which he agreed, noting it should go quickly as they still had all the set up data. Following several attempts to schedule a date for the work, on Feb. 11, 2025, ****** stated in an email, "We will get the survey done next week.".The survey did not get done, and ****** has refused to respond to multiple attempts to contact, including an email I sent on 3/10/2025, specifically asking if he was going to be able to support us in this task. I find it highly unprofessional for ****** to literally "Ghost" me.Forest Vista Estates needs this line survey performed prior to moving forward with having the property line encroachment removed.
