Dear whom it may concern, I am a cosmetic distributor in the ******************. i have met *********** in ***** ************ convention who is the owner of the morgan cosmetic brand as he mentioned and loved his products. then we signed an agreement to distribute his products in the ****************** and ************. our first order was above $5000. when the shipment arrived it was extremely damaged because it wasn't packaged well therefore we refused to receive it. then he was kind enough to repackage it in a better way and send it again. once we received the products we noticed that the 100 shampoo bottles we received did not actually have shampoo inside but some other liquid. once we found that out we spoke to ****** and he sent us 100 shampoos with shampoo inside, which we were grateful for. the order included 100 shampoo 100 conditioners and maybe ******* different body oils. we then noticed that the carrot oil we received wasn't the same as the samples we were provided. then ****** mentioned that the company had ran out of the scent and will send us an alternative once they have it in stock. few weeks later we noticed that all the oils were expired and they covered up the expired dates with newer dates so once the ministry of health came for the routine checkup at our office, we were given a penalty and a warning for selling expired items as we knew nothing about that since the manufacturer in Washington had covered up with dates as from the day we received the first shipment all the products were expired. all mentioned above has been spoken over email and we have proof for everything as the owner (******) has admitted to everything and mentioned that he will reimburse us for the penalty and some of the products. around more than a month ago he mentioned he'll wire us the amount then he disappeared and ignored all emails since. after researching online i found out that the bbb website could offer some help
