    On June 4, 2025, the bottom bracket of the retractable baby gate I purchased failed during normal use. This caused the gate to lose tension and collapse, putting my 18-month-old son at risk. Fortunately, he was not visibly injured, but this failure could have led to a serious accident.This gate is imported by TRANS-PAC CHINA LLC and manufactured by ****************************************. We have had the gate for less than a year, and the failure appears to be due to a defect in materials or workmanship.Given that this is a child safety product, the failure may violate the Consumer Product Safety Act (15 U.S.C. ********) and associated safety standards for gates and enclosures (16 CFR Part 1239). The defect may also breach implied warranties under the ********-**** Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. ********), which requires products to be fit for their intended ********** resolution, I request:A full replacement of the defective gate with reinforced brackets.An additional gate of the same model as compensation for the risk and inconvenience.If not resolved, I will report this safety issue to the *************************************** (CPSC) and explore legal remedies.Sincerely,Ntussia *******

    We bought this VAVASOO BABY AUTO SWING THROUGH AN AUCTION SITE AND WHEN WE WENT TO PUT SWING TOGETHER WE HAVE 2 LEFT ARM PIECES AND WE DIDNT GET ANY RIGHT ARM PIECES AND WE NEED A RIGHT ARM PIECES. WE HAVE TRIED CALLING NUMBER MANY TIMES NO VM SET UP CALL CANT BE ANSWERED. WE HAVE EMAILED 2 OR 3 TIMES NO REPLY THIS IS WHAT IS ON THE WARRANTY CARD WE NEED TO COMPLETE BUT WAITING TO COMPLETE TIL WE HEAR FROM COMPANY ABOUT REPLACEMENT PART.
