    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I purchased a gift off of a wedding registry. After two uses of the air fryer, it started smoking, While it was later than store's warranty, this manufacturer should still cover and reimburse me under the one year warranty that they offer. They are refusing and only offering half. After reading the reviews on here, I see they only sell JUNK!!!!

    I placed an order on 9/2/22 for a wedding shower gift, paid the extra postage for quick arrival. Never received it, its 9/26 and I still havent received it! Cannot contact by phone and email are very vague. This companys customer service is the absolute worse, no one cares! After reading these reviews the products arent any good either! Today the email said I dont know my correct address! Save time and money go elsewhere.

    I've been trying to get ahold of someone since January. I talked to someone named *** and she promised me my part (under warranty) will be shipped and then it's not. I have been so patient and kind but it's been 9 months now! There's basically no customer service and that speaks volumes for the company and it's values. I can't ever recommend this company or any of the products again... This has been horrendous and honestly they shouldn't be allowed to sell to the US market if they can't figure out customer service and logistics.
