      We parked my ******** car on June 7 till June 22 Apon arriving back the guy walked away after he dropped our car,I noticed some deep scratches to driver back bumper, we tried to get me but barley spoke English, so we left ,stopped to get gas and notice passenger both tires had gashes and chunk of tire taken out and my rims were all scratched to he'll,,when we got home I had to replace my tires ,all estimates rims are $1050 each I need 2,the sensors are out,that another $2000,to fix bumper is $1500,,So I'm currently out $6000,.,We contacted them talked to ****** who is the Director, she filed a complaint to owner but it's been a week and heard nothing, the director said she's done all she can until owner wants to make contact,she returned our parking fee to us of $200 I'm ****** that company logo says thank you for trusting in our business....well 200 doesn't actually make up the $6000 I'll be out We will be contacting a lawyer on Monday July 10th I want them to pay as I just bought my ******** convertible 3 months ago from dealership, my car certainly didn't look like that when we dropped it off If not paid from owner, I would love to ruin his reputation and business

      All you said is completely out of truth, all the damages we have seen from your photos are old scratched, your car was kept safely in our property and nothing damage is reported to your car during its stay. Company policy is also you should report a complaim before you leave the premises. None of employees have English language problems to assist you and record your complain. The whole parking lot is flat no concrete division and curbed concretes to damage your rims.

      I am rejecting this response because:I just bought this car from dealership 2 months ago and my tires had slashes in both  tires they weren't like that when I dropped it off ,and the guy took off after he left car at gate ,we tried to talk but he walked away obviously knowing there was damage, as well my rims scratched it was a new car when I dropped it off ,

      He's lieing through his teeth

      I went through way.com to purchase a parking spot at this establishment for Oct. 13, 2022-Oct. 16,2022. We got to the location and realized that they park our car for us and we were told to leave our keys. They then told us to get into an unmarked ************ dropped us off at the airport. We got back from our trip & again picked us up in an unmarked mini van. Got back to the parking ******* noticed right away to gouges in my bumper of my car as we were putting our bags in the truck and told him those were not there when I left my car And whoever parked My car behind me, they had to have hit it extremely hard because they are just not scratches they are gouges. He kept asking if they were new scratches and I kept telling him they were new! I asked him what he was going to do and how we were going to handle this and if they had insurance and then he was started acting like he couldnt understand what I was saying but he Took pictures of my car (the bumper) because I continue to ask him what insurance they had and I also have pictures of him taking the pictures of my bumper as he was saying he would turn it into his boss. He told me his name was ***** but he was not wearing a name tag to verify that. I wrote a review on way.com for this establishment because on their website they say that they have a paved parking lot, which they do not, they said that they use PPE for safety measures and covid precautions which they do not and never once saw them use hand sanitizer! They have a ************** transportation(which I have pictures of as well) but was picked up in an unmarked minivan, the Valet parking is so they can jam cars backed back and side to side!

      Dear sir or madam 

      Seatac international Airport parking got a complaint from you which is affair very much far from truth, after you check in on October 13th we transported you to the airport with a labeled gray ****** sienna which is legally registered at the airport, you are trying to blame our business. 

      Second as our employee took a picture of the damage you are complaining for at the back bumper of your car it a very very small dots hard even to believe that is you call a damage, we ask all employee if this is happening here nothing was reported at that with all aour security cameras no accidents happening at our facility, so this is two minor dots are old.

      I am rejecting this response because: my main complaint is that they are more than two dogs! They are gouges from another license plate on my back bumper and Cannot be buffed out! I will send additional pictures to show that they are gouges and go below the paint to the metal and if I was to rub my fingers are crossed it it would cut me! I will send an additional picture of proof and as far as the unmarked minivan and all of the other things that you say that your company does on your website is false! I have a picture of the unmarked minivan but that is not the point of my complaint. I was using that as an example of your false advertisement on your website!

      According to our policy customer have to file his complain before he or she leaves our facility, our total liability of damage or scratches covered only $250, mechanical problems no liability at all.

      Cars left with out hand breaking engagement we have no responsibility if they cause an accident. 

      All this are mentioned on the claim ticket given to all customers.

      I am rejecting this response because: They should be responsible for damage done to my vehicle, especially when they are valet parking my car! I notified them before we left the lot that there was damage to my car and I have him taking pictures of it and now they will not take responsibility and what they advertise on their website for their parking establishment is not all correct & people need to be aware of this establishment before they leave their car to get damaged!
