      Failed to deliver product. Refused to give refund. Attitude of total indifference. Had to get my credit card company involved.

      Had a Canopy installed and they damaged my truck. I have talked with the sales people and they keep saying the owner has to address it, but will no give me the owner's contact information. Don't deal with these people.

      I had a new top installed less than 30 days it was leaking water and they blamed ****** no solution. After several attempts I brought it in the owner made me take pictures of the leak and send it to her phone. After I asked what's going to happen, she said she sent then into BAK to see if they will warrantee it. Never heard back texted her phone and there no zero follow through this resulted in over $1,400.00 wasted on a company and product that does not work.I would recommend go elsewhere than Canopy West in *******.

      This company is doing business as Canopy West. Has 3 locations. ********, auburn, and *******.Check out the ****** reviews. It is horrendous.Bathroom in ****** is overfilling into the install bay where customers can smell it. Major OSHA violation. No customer pays the same price on product. You dont know if your getting a deal or getting ripped off. Employees have to watch their paychecks like hawks because they are short most of the time by 100s of dollars.Short staffed to the point that employees dont get their legally required lunch.Offer no benefits, sick time, travel time, or holiday pay to full time employees.100s of customers products that havent been called for installation. So they keep the deposit.Commissions are never accurately paid out. This business is playing business.
