    I purchased one of their products from a third party, it is a portable AC unit. I used it 2-3 months last season, this year the compressor wont kick in. It was delivered on June 17, 2024. I have tried to contact this company, telling them my situation. They have not responded.

    On November 14, 2024, I made an online purchase from ******. I bought a Portable Air Conditioner from Acekool (Creative Innovations ***** for a Christmas gift. I opened the box on January 2, 2025, and noticed there were some parts missing. I did not contact ****** because I thought they would say, Contact the manufacturer and they will send the parts. So I emailed Creative Innovations **** as per the back of the instruction manual. They told me someone would respond shortly. After a few weeks with no response, I emailed them again. I waited a few more weeks, and still no response. After a few more weeks I went to a Target store. They told me to call ****** headquarters. When I finally talked to them, I was told they could do nothing because it was beyond the 30 day return period. They suggested I continue to notify Creative Innovations **** and to try the distributor, ******. After many additional attempts, still no response from either company. I tried to ****** both companies but couldnt find them.I spent $248.39 on an air conditioner that I cant use. The missing parts are: Air Exhaust Duct Connector of Air Exhaust Duct Widow Exhaust Adapter Target invoice number: ***************** Target item number: ********

    I bought a Acekool air conditioner from target on 4/17/2024. By late July early August the air conditioner has stopped working. It was past the time I could return it to the store, but it was still under warranty. So I have been emailing and calling ****** as well as Acekool. Acekool will send me an email saying they received my complaint and will get back to me shortly but they NEVER get back to me! This is my 2nd BBB complaint because the 1st one I processed to target since thats where I bought it, but was told they could not be held accountable. So now I am filing a 2nd one to Acekool. Although the address is in ********** for some reason these people speak (in the email) like they are from outside ******. My 1st email to them was in August, the last one was December. No one answers the phone and they dont respond to voicemails.

    So i along with hundreds of others have purchased the ACEKOOL air purifier model kj410 and this is still being sold online and there website but the issue is they dont sell a replacement filter for this machine so after a month or so the machine is useless , they do not mention this in there sales ad , i have sent dozens of emails to customer service. I have called dozens of times to customer service. They refuse to email me back. They refuse to handle anything over the phone and I think that its ridiculous that they are allowed to still sell this same machine but yet they cannot tell anybody where to get a replacement filter to be able to continue using this machine and these are not cheap machines so people expect to be able to keep using them with a replacement filter. This is an issue in *****************. This is an issue in ****** online everywhere people are complaining about the same thing and I cannot even get ACEKOOL to respond to my emails. They actually have blocked my email now so my emails dont even go through to them . So I think they need to either refund everybody their money that was misled by thinking they can continue to use this machine after the filter needs replaced or they need to make a filter and tell people where to buy it.

    So i just noticed that now when u look for a filter for this they have several that pop up BUT they all say frequently returned item because if u look at the measurements they will not fit in this purifier and i still have not gotten anymore responses from them other then the one phone / email call the same day i filed the complaint?

    Bought brand new Acekool Air Purifier AF2 - 400 CADR Smart HEPA Air Purifier. 6 months ago, or so.I need a replacement filter. Can not find anywhere. All they say is sorry for the inconvenience.They will not send a new replacement or find a filter. What company doesn't have access to their air purifiers replacement filters. I feel like they scammed me as a senior.*************************
