    Getting charged $19.95 a month (since Jan 2025), and called in to cancel the subscription. However, still seeing months later that the subscription is ongoing and that I am being charged for it. Earlier today (6/8/25), I emailed the company as well as an additional follow-up.

    Got charged 20 dollars at about 22:00 on 3/1/2025. After reviewing the charge and related websites, I figured out the charge wasn't a recurring payment of any kind, or a new transaction that I had made. Recently I made a free account on jerkmate and made sure to explicitly avoid putting any information regarding my card on the website. From reading up on the company, I found this is a common issue and have reached out to support. I am awaiting a response right now.

    I signed up for an account with one of this company's adult websites on the 19th of January, and agreed to a $2 authorization ********* roughly 2AM on January 24th as I was getting ready for bed I got an email saying I had been charged another $2. I logged into my account on the website in question and tried to interact with their live chat support (which I believe to be AI and not a real person.) The support kept saying that the $2 was an authorization charge that would drop off, and I kept saying that I was charged that $2 days ago and then again this morning. Then the chat would be force-closed and I couldn't type anymore.I called the customer service line and the guy who answered, who did not identify himself by name, looked into the account and said I had signed up on two different sites of theirs (thus the second $2 charge) and that I had signed up for a live *** show with a woman. I looked at the transaction history on the site that I *DID* sign up for and sure enough there was a plethora of charges over the last 20 minutes or so with a bunch of woman *** performers. (I'm GAY.) Some of those charges were for live *** shows allegedly happening while I was actively on the phone with customer service!I got very upset and told the man it wasn't me, and his response was to accuse me of "yelling" at him (I did no such thing and would love to hear any recordings of the call they have,) and that he was hanging up on **** called my bank and FORTUNATELY after that $2 charge they refused any of the other attempts at charges, but I still had to cancel my debit card to prevent any additional attempts.I'm now waiting for a confirmation that any and all existing accounts with ANY websites owned by this company have been shut down to prevent future attempts at fraud.

    Better Business Bureau:

    It still disturbs me how easily my account with the website "Jerkmate" was hacked and taken advantage of. I'd initially thought that somehow my actual debit card had been hacked, but someone SPECIFICALLY hacked my account on this website and charged up a bunch of sessions with pornographic performers, and I believe this site is seriously seriously compromised.

    There were fraudulent charges made to my card from this company and they won't refund my money on to my new card
