      I'm trying to pay back for charge backs that were done on my account and whenever I chat with them, they immediately end the chat stating that they have the right to refuse service when I intend to pay back what I owe to them. Rude individuals and poor customer service.

      Hi Team,We have been a long time performer with streamate. We do couple show earlier but my account got closed without any our mistakes.We used to be a top performer in Indian sites and recently someone tip us huge amount when we are in private show and also in offline mode.We don't know who they are but they sent us messages that this tip is your kids and to enjoy your festival Holi.This is not our mistakes that someone has tip us. They got option to do offline tip because streamate has provided that option to them.I've contacted smsupport team multiple times via an email but they are not helping. I received an email that my and my partner account was closed by their fraud team. We have not done any fraud.Someone knowingly done that to remove genuine models so that they can put their models in this website and they can earn well.Kindly help us to reopen mine and my partner account.This is only our earning source and we don't want to lose streamate platform.We have put lots of efforts to be a good performer in streamate site Our customer rating is also very good.We are in very bad debt and that's the reason we have chosen streamate platform to work. We also need to pay huge amount for our children education.All my income balance got freeze.If streamate don't want to give our hard earned money they can take that but please help us to reactivate our accounts so that we can start performing again.I'm requesting you to help us to reopen our account.You are our last hope.
