      Vinyl, industries of ******** offer horrible customer service and they dont stand behind what they say. I had a shadowbox privacy fence installed. They sent out their contractors to do the job. They did not put any concrete around the heaviest part of my post which holds it upright.. so what happened in time was the fence began to sag all they use was some dirt they packed down in there and they obviously took the concrete that they purchased to another job site. when I contact them about it the first time they sent someone back out they pack some more dirt down in there and they left well in time. The fence begin to sag again this time they told me it will be a $250 service charge to come out and fix it. I told them had they put cement or concrete around the post in the first place they would not have to come back out again and charge me $250 to do something that they failed to do correctly. The first time they got loud be belligerent and very nasty about it. I would never use them again. I would not recommend anyone to use them if you care about the quality of the work that youre getting done around your house.
