    I wanted to get a prescription from a physician for naltrexone. I chose SinclairMethod.org. It is $215 for 1st session and $115 for the second 6 months later. When I signed on to mid-afternoon Sunday, January 1st, I was offered an appt for Monday, January 2nd @ 7:30 pm. I misread the am/pm time and signed on at 7:30 am. I immediately contacted ******************** and took screenshots and asked if I could change the time, (because of an important prior commitment at 7:30 pm). I stated it was my mistake but asked if they could help me. I only sent back a quoted cancellation policy regarding you can't cancel within 24 hours. I was charged $210 with absolutely no resolution. I find that this is wrong - at least try to work something out. This does not show a caring organization. I would never recommend this company.I was already hesitant to do this, and I felt I was treated like a nobody. $210 is a lot of money. Professional doctors offices only charge a 25 no show fee. I feel as though they are taking advantage of people who are asking for help. There could be many reasons people can't make an appointment. I am asking for partial refund.

    Hello - You missed the appointment at the scheduled time - because you mixed up AM and PM - and yet we STILL refunded your payment in FULL prior to this complaint being filed.  Again, despite violating our refund policy, we STILL refunded you PRIOR to this complaint.  What else can a business do?
