    I ordered a **************** dishwasher from ****** on July 29, 2022. The dishwasher was advertised as shipping and installation included. The dishwasher was delivered on August 13. As the installation was being completed, the installers showed me a part called an airgap with a crack in it. They told me they could replace it for an additional charge of $50. They said they could not provide me with an invoice or receipt. The installation could not be completed without the part, so I wrote them a check for $50 and they completed the installation, needing no extra time to make the necessary connections for the installation. I visited the local hardware store two days later and saw the identical part on sale for $2.78. On August 17, I called the number for the installation company supplied by ****************, Casiano Transport LLC, and asked for my check back. They refused. I called ****** and they put me in touch with ****************, which took down my information and told me they would call back. I have not yet heard back.
