    The rating of *** group from BBB seems bias and a joke. I can not believe BBB gives *** Group A+ rating. How much *** Group has made donation to BBB in order to get such a bogus rating? Please go to ****** Map reviews and **** reviews. They only received 1.5 stars out of 5 stars. So the rating from BBB does not reflect the facts and contradicts to what the actual reviewers from ****** Map and Yelp. The *** Group has received numerous negative reviews and accusations of being a problematic and unprofessional property management company in ********Many reviewers cite issues such as incompetence, hidden fees, lack of communication, and unethical practices, suggesting a pattern of behavior that warrants serious ************'s a more detailed look at the issues raised: Communication and Incompetence: Multiple reviewers describe the *** Group as being unresponsive, slow to resolve issues, and often sending out bills with incorrect information or charges. Financial Mismanagement: Reviews include stories of extra fees, inaccurate billing, and situations where *** Group has supposedly attempted to charge individuals for repairs to areas outside of their own unit. Lack of Transparency and Ethical Concerns: Some reviewers accuse the *** Group of exploiting situations for financial gain, charging for first-time offenses, and being generally uncooperative.

    The most terrible management company I have ever see in my entire life

    Our homeowner's association has been managed by CWD for several years. Fees keep increasing and services keep decreasing. After taking a deeper look into the financials I see shocking and frequent negligence with our community's finances. There are instances where a different building's HOA's bills were paid out of our operating account. We pay for accounting and invoice handling but bills are paid late constantly, late fees are assessed by utilities. Recently we were warned of an electricity shut-off by *************** for unpaid utility bills. Our community is paying over $1,000 a month for bookeeping, invoicing, and bill pay, I would think paying the electric bill on time is pretty low hanging fruit. But wait, there's more. The last straw was discovering timesheet fraud: for example, 3 hours of work performed and recorded on manager's timesheet, but billed for 10 hours. When these issues were raised, managers lied (when they responded) or just ignored the errors.
