    Brooks is an excellent company that delivers high quality shoes. Hyperion gts 2 destroys the competition.

    I made an order recently and it was put on the wrong card. During their order process they ask for the *** for security purposes. I entered the *** for the card I thought I was using (the only one I've used with them) and not the one that was actually charged for the purchase. Putting in the wrong *** should have caused the order to be rejected, since that's the entire purpose of the security code, but it went through.On top of that, they DON'T LET YOU CANCEL ORDERS BEFORE THEY SHIP. This is a scummy and completely unsecure way of doing business and they shouldn't be allowed to sell anything online with such a horrendous system in place. It's just begging for someone to come in and steal customer information.To put a final bow on this garbage, they require you to send the items back to get a refund and state that it will take 2-3 weeks for that refund to be processed. They're woefully negligent at best.I wish I could give zero stars for how unsafe their online purchasing platform and cancellation/return rules are.
