On 3/27 I was called to come pick up my vehicle from this shop. They did a simple valve cover gasket change on my mini countryman suv. I arrived, paid for the work in cash, received my receipt and then they could not produce my car keys. They ran around for ***************************************************************************************************** their unattended office. They told the police and myself that that had video footage. They showed police. They then promised to block my car in while I paid $400 to have a new key from dealership coded and sent to me from **. On 4/2/24 while awaiting new key from dealership, my car was stolen. The shop did not block my car in as promised to avoid the theft. 2nd police report and insurance claim filed. Car recovered 11 days later on 4/13/24. $400 impound lot fee. Car is destroyed and totaled. Over $28k in damage. Many thousands of dollars paid by customer that was not covered by insurance. Vehicle in for simple gasket = over 28k loss No accountability, call, interest whatsoever. Absolute gross negligence. Public simply must be protected.

This is been going around for about a month now.Like to get my refund please.

    Business Response

    Date: 03/22/2023

Refund was sent as soon as customer requested it. We refunded via payment method and Point of sale system that we used for this transaction. After this refund, customer has been persistent and disruptive calling in about refund even though at this point it is out of our control. We have done everything we can within our control, at this point we even messaged our Point of sale system help line and they have confirmed that the refund was sent to a card last 4 digits: 2975.

They told us that it may take **** business days for refund to complete which was processed on 3/15. Even after sending all this information to Apolo, for some reason he did not believe or understand that the refund was indeed sent he just needs to be patient. Hope this is enough proof. If refund does get delayed past 3/29 (10th business day) i will transfer this over to the company we use as online Point of Sale and have them give Apolo a call.

    Thanks,

    Red Line Auto Electric
