    Sent *********************** $************ ************** ****************************************************************** I called Garo about an ad he was running on the internet for free delivery for his golf carts. I explained I was refinancing my house and would be buying a cart once the loan is done. **** told me that the special expires Monday 11-23-22 but I can give him $900 deposit to hold the deal until I am ready. I asked him directly if the loan fall through would I get a refund, he replied yes, sure. I sent him the $900 through Zelle because he doesnt except credit cards, first red flag. Monday 11-23-22 I called Garo to let him know the loan had fallen through and it would be a while before I will know when it will be approved and would like a refund. He said he would call me back, we played phone tag for a while and he sent me a refund request form which was redundant because he had all the information he needed, I had sent him a Zelle request for $900 so all he had to do was approve it, he did not.Its been four months; **** admits he owes me the money but will not send it to me. Her has accused me of harassing him because I filed a complaint with the state. I am not harassing him I would like my refund.I have attached copies of the email correspondence

    Dear ***************************************************** actually received money from this client for a deposit on a golf cart. I contacted the client and informed him we could not do a refund via zelle and we could only send him a check for the refund. The buyer could not provide the required details for the refund to be processed and kept on sending threatening emails. We are still open in handling this case provided the buyer can contact us and follow the required steps for us to be able to process his refund.

    His response is not true, **** sent me a refund form which I filled out and returned, attached is a copy of the emails proving I sent him my address.

    Also Garo can send my check to me at the address below so there are no more excuses.
