    I made an order, then immediately realized it wasn't the correct item that I ordered. I contacted customer Support and requested a cancelation or the order. They said I could just refuse the order when it arrived. There was plenty of time to cancel my order. It was 7 hours later when it shipped. I've already looked into returning it, and it is showing only part of a refund. That is so crazy, I tried so hard with no avail to cancel the order less than 5 minutes after it was made. But they plan on receiving the products back but keeping the shipping fee. None of this would have happened if you would have canceled the order!! I WILL never do any type of business with Stanley!!! ********!

    I bought a water bottle from Stanley and really loved it. However, after just a couple months of normal use the hinge on the lid broke, rendering the bottle unusable. I contacted Stanley, due to their "lifetime warranty", but was informed that their warrant doesn't apply to lids or seals, just the steel bottle. They offered to send me a courtesy replacement lid but they sent me the wrong one, which does not fit on my bottle. I emailed them multiple times before and after they sent the wrong lid, to which they just said that the product failure was not covered. So now I have both a bottle with a broken lid, and a functioning lid with no bottle. I will not purchase from this company again due to their product failures as well as their abysmal customer service.

    a ************. The shopping experience is bad, without any valid tracking information. The items arrived and were inconsistent with the web description, and I returned them immediately without using them. **************** guaranteed a refund would be back to my bank account in 3 weeks, which never happened. I called several times, only receiving answers that were blur, saying that they would take care of it and email me follow-ups, which never happened. I emailed them without ever hearing back. Other customers shared exactly the same experiences on Reddit and this is a completely scam business

    Purchased Stanley mugs for my bridesmaids on 11/28 and my order is still unfulfilled. Tried to call customer service and the line just keeps going and no one actually answers. Unable to get a refund. Do NOT purchase from this company. Im still trying to get a refund to my credit card.

    The worst company forever. I got an e-mail from StanleyCA a few days ago and they indicated they are recalling some ********************* mugs lids due to safety concerns. I checked item no and it was in recall list so I submitted my claim through warranty claims section a few days ago. They messaged me on Dec. 18 by indicating my ticket was closed and i could request replacement lid through the link they provided. On Dec.19, i followed their instructions and submitted a replacement request from their link, they were asking me to upload two photos for product. I uploaded and then the next day I got e-mail that indicates my verifications process failed because I did not upload 2 photos. That is insane. I spent my time to resize the pics as their website allowed me to upload up to 3mb. And I uploaded based on their requirements. Anyway, I got angry and I sent one more message to get full refund under warranty as the product itself was defective and they did not confirm my replacement request. Now what happened? They sent me one more 'ticket closed' e-mail by saying I should follow instructions in the link.. Are you kidding? I already provided online purchase order no-my name and purchase date... You can find it. Plus, shipping new replacement lids may take up to 8 weeks. Who waits for 8 weeks? No more Stanley product again.....

    I ordered a tumbler on Dec 6th and my status with *** is still showing that they created a label but doesnt have the item In possession. Called Stanley to get a status update and Im either on the phone waiting or I get hung up on or the phone gets disconnected. Impossible to contact someone and when you do they just say that its on its way. Its the 19th of December and stlll no cup or any change in status. **************** is zero and would never order from this company again. Think people need to be warned to not order from them as this company will straight up take your Money and ghost you. Simply wrong!

    I made a return 3 weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Ive called every day now for the past week and all I get is waiting on the warehouse to approve the item was received and in good shape. I get told I will receive an update every time and my request has been expedited but never get a call back.

    The worst company in the world. Placed my order July 10th, then I received my 40 oz Quencher and returned it on time because we changed our minds. The company notified me stating they received it on July 26th. I waited the 10 business days to receive my refund and reached out. I was told twice it was escalated and going to be processed. It is now SEPTEMBER 3rd and they keep claiming they already processed it. This is a lie. They have kept my money for almost 3 months now. They keep saying that it is my financial institution - it is NOT. I have gotten my refunds from everywhere else I shop as recent as TWO DAYS AGO. They refuse to help. They are thieves. I will NEVER shop with Stanley ever again. Nothing they say will make this okay. Stanley did not give me my money back and have been dishonest. Oh and PLEASE dont respond with any of your customer service filler. No one wanted to help me and I want everyone to know that this is a horrible company to do business with. You dont care about your customers.

    I purchased five Iceflow tumblers (20 oz) for my kids to use for school. They were purchased in December 2023 and were not used until the beginning of January 2024. Within weeks, three of them had defects. I filed warranty claims at the very beginning of March, and so far, one has been fully replaced. A second was replaced initally after a considerable wait, but the replacement had a sizeable dent in it (the package was intact, it obviously came from the manufacturer in dented condition). The third one has yet to be replaced. I have been told that the colors are "not currently in stock", yet I have seen them in stock on both Amazon and the Stanley website. I was told that replacement stock comes from somewhere else, which makes no sense. I am STILL waiting for the remaining two tumblers to be replaced, and in the meantime, Stanley emailed me say that if they didn't hear from me, they'd be closing the ticket. I replied, letting them know that they haven't fulfilled their end of the deal, so the claim ticket needs to stay open. Or, my alternative proposal was to issue a refund for the remaining items. I was told that wan't possible. So, I am out the money and stuck with defective products despite the warranty guarantee. This is not ethical business at all.

    I purchased a cup, and within a week, my handle was falling off. I contacted them, and I could not get a replacement because it was a limited edition. Then I ordered a gift, and they mailed it to the wrong address and told me the address was corrected I looked at the mailing address information and tried to resolve the issue the several times I was told to call back then finally the day before a rep said it was corrected now I had to spend more money to mail the gift myself. I think that after two times getting lied to and disregarded I feel that Stanley doesn't value their customers. Lying about the issue is totally wrong!
