    I hired ******* through my attorney for my house project and his report is useless. He charged $1800 for one and half pages worth of words. No where he listed out the defects and photos to proof. He spent 15 mins of his time looking at my house. I later hired another inspector to review my house and he spent two hours and wrote up ******************************************** $600. My attorney said *******'s report is not usable at all. I told *******, I am happy to pay for his time but not for $1800. He said the report is there and his job is done. His quality of work is very very poor. If I can give -10, I would choose that option. If you want your house ******************, do not hire him. His report will tell you nothing. Do not waste your money on his work.
