    I did an online search for blackberry removal in my area. Premier Specialty builders came up in the search. I filled out the online form and ****** called within minutes. Made an appt for the following day, 6/25, to assess the scope of work. Discussed the blackberry removal and other yard cleanup and included replacing a couple of railroad ties that needed to be replaced. Provided me a an invoice on the spot for $2160. For work and materials and said he required 75% upfront. Paid $1500 with a check. The following Monday he brought over an employee to do the work. Went through the yard marking what needed to be done. What was to take a couple of days turned out to be 4 days and the work was not completed. On Thursday, it was getting late and ***** needed to leave. ****** asked me to pay him the balance, $660 and that he would be back the following day to finish the work. Thats the last I saw of either ****** or *****. I went on vacation the following week but when I got back I started texting ****** asking when he would complete the yard. Its been one excuse after the next why he hasnt come by to finish, always saying he will finish the job. On 8/18 I called him and told him I was tired of the excuses and lies and if he didnt complete the project I paid for, I was going to file complaint with the BBB. Of course he said he would come by and shortly after sent me a text with another excuse. Its 2 months later and the work is not competed. He should not have a business licenses if that is how hes operating. Total rip-off!

    At this particular time, my company vehicle broke down and was out commission for awhile which effected completion of project.  We are willing to go give a spring clean and finish retainer wall free of charge.
