Refund and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your purchase, simply contact us and request a refund or replacement. Your request for a replacement or refund must occur within thirty (30) days of the date on your original invoice.
Once we receive your request for a refund or replacement, we will either issue you a full credit towards a replacement product, or refund your purchase price. Please note that your refund will not include shipping charges.
To request a replacement (if you believe you have received a faulty product), please contact us by email. We require your invoice number, the name of the product you want to replace, and the reason for your request. Be sure to specify that you are requesting a replacement product. If we approve your request for a replacement product, that item will be shipped to you immediately at no additional charge.
In the unlikely event you need to return a product to us, be sure to collect all of the original packaging and components. If your return is due to our error or a quality defect, we will normally send you a pre-paid shipping label, or a Return Authorization Number (RNA). Be sure to include the RNA on your shipping label, if applicable. Please include a copy of your invoice with any items you return to us.
For health reasons, we normally will not accept returns on open products. However, if we specifically ask you to return an open item to us, we will provide you with packaging requirements and instructions for returning such items.

BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. BBB asks third parties who publish complaints, reviews and/or responses on this website to affirm that the information provided is accurate. However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period, except for customer reviews. Customer reviews posted prior to July 5, 2024, will no longer be published when they reach three years from their submission date. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic. BBB Business Profiles are subject to change at any time. If you choose to do business with this company, please let them know that you checked their record with BBB.

As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business. Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation. BBB charges a fee for BBB Accreditation. This fee supports BBB's efforts to fulfill its mission of advancing marketplace trust.
