      I paid cash for car with Avis Car Sales, *************, ******* April 2024. I moved to ************** in June and tried to get SC tags in August. ***** informed me the paperwork was never filed from dealer. When I callled they said they lost my cashiers check, fired the two employees who sold me the car and now I must send them a new check. Now I cant get my title in FL as I have ************ and SC DL and **** refuses to give me a paper title for new cashiers check which I have. I have received a new contract from them stating I bought the car for $2000 less than I paid. They also changed the amount of taxes paid to the state. No one replys to my callls and Im driving a car with outdated tags. I will not mail another cashiers check, I will hand it to them for my title.

      I received an email from a company called "*******" claiming that a past car rental I purchased was now being charged $3,099.29 for damages and I needed to contact my insurance company right away to further resolve the matter. When I returned the vehicle I rented two months ago 4/27/2024-5/4/2024 the employee came and checked the car before processing my return. He stated everything was good after he did his inspection and I went about my business. Now all of the sudden this company is making this false claim can someone please help me? also the employee took pictures of the vehicle after check-in.

      I reserved a full-size truck to meet my family returning to the ** (arriving at 4:00 PM at ***) with 6 large luggage. I went to a local **** to pick up the full-size truck using Lyft for $7.99, but the **** office was closed. My pick-up time was 1:00 PM, and I got there 1:10 PM. The reservation didn't say anything about the office close time. Then I called ****, and **** modified my reservation and told me to go to another local **** to pick up the full-size truck for the same price. I went to the 2nd **** using Lyft for $26.37. The **** located at *********************************** said they don't have the full-size truck and REFUSED to rent me any vehicles. They had a van in the lot, but they refused to rent it to me. Further, they're unbelievably RUDE (A clerk named, ******* INSULTED me when I told him it was not my fault, but their fault. Then ***** said with an evil smile, "Your fart?" This moron doesn't understand plain English?) Worse, this *********** is like a junkyard - dirty, and messy, cars are dusty, and smell of fungus inside (last year I used this office once, the car was dusty, smell of fungus inside the car, and terrible. - the owner said due to the Covid 19, they didn't have a chance to keep the cars in good shape???; If I had known the Avis agent modified the reservation and made me go to this office again, I wouldn't have gone there, never!), and an owner's dog wanders in the counter area scratching her tummy with her leg, and so on. This office needs to be REMOVED from the list of **** offices in the ****** Rental Car. I called **** and now **** modified the reservation again and told me to go to ***************** ****. The price went to $113.36. I used Lyft again for $31.73 to go to pick up the full-size truck. Around 3:20 PM, I picked up the truck for $113.36. Then I went to *** to meet my family. It took about 3 hours, and my family had to wait about 1.5 hours (fortunately? the plane arrived 1 hour late) at the airport.

      On 6/7/24, **** charged me an additional $40 that was not authorized. This was not part of the rental agreement and was a fee charged for returning the car to the parking garage.

      **** has sent me to collections for damage to a rental car that existed before I picked the car up and that I did not cause. I rented a car from **** July 11, 2023 at their **********, ** location and returned it on July 18, 2023 at their ********, ** location. Rental# U456745225.The car I rented had damage to the right front bumper that was documented on the vehicle condition report slip at pick up. When I returned the car at the ********, ** location I informed the agent of pre-existing damage and slip. He told me it was all noted in the system and I am good to go. I would hear from **** if there was an issue. I did not hear from **** via phone, mail, or email and no charges were made to the credit card I had on file with them.I heard nothing else until was contacted on 5/17/2024 by a debt collector from ****** Services LLC. He informed me that his company works on behalf of **** to collect unpaid claims and that I owe $1726.74 for the bumper damage to this car.I contacted **** customer service on 5/20/2024 to address this problem. I spoke to a representative, escalated to a supervisor who told me that a refund was APPROVED for this issue. She gave me a case number of ******** and transferred me to their billing department which is actually another company called Sedgwick. After 1.5 hour hold the agent told me that since they had already transferred the debt to ******, I would have to work with them. I asked her to recall the debt, she told me that the debt could only be RETURNED by ****** and she could not RECALL it.I then talked to ****** and told them to return the debt as ****/******** told me that would be the next step. They told me that he cannot return the debt and the only way to close the case would be for ****/******** to RECALL the debt and he cannot RETURN it. They refused to investigate further into the case. I believe this to be a deliberate deceptive business tactic to collect money from hard working people who do not owe it.

      I purchased a car at the Avis Car Sales, ********, ** location. I purchased this vehicle back in November 2023. I have not rec'd my license plates from the **** According the **** **** has not submitted a change of title. It's been 90 days and my temporary license plate expires tomorrow. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue with the local ********, ** office and they have been looking into it, but no real answer. I will be driving around with an expired license, I paid for the car in full and not title, no registration, no new license plate.

      I purchased a car through the website: ************* which is owned and operated by Avis Car Sales ***, LLC dba "Rubycar".Despite 2 months being given, and 2 weeks of multiple contacts through the online customer chat as well as phone calls, Rubycar has not produced a title for my vehicle. My temporary tags are now out of date, and my request for a new temporary tag has been met with "we will get back to you by End of Business today with that". That was promised 3x and I have yet to have been contacted, my bank which I financed through nor I have received the title for my vehicle. A girl named ***** at Rubycar support is supposed to be handling my case but has not been reachable.I need new temporary plates and I need the actual title to my car to be at my bank.

      The business has finally given an electronic title to my bank, which is good enough for me and reaches all the things I asked for. This issue is resolved.
