    Sun, 7/21 -Consultation @ 430pm -Consultation informal, quote of $270 reasonable -I order phone screen fix, screen protector, note that I need my phone by 7/23 -Owner says phone will be done 7/22, since there are two people ahead of me Mon, 7/22 -I call ~3pm for an update -Owner says phone should be done in 30min -I arrive 30min later, my phone is not done -I have to leave, so owner tells me to call tomorrow at noon Tues, 7/23 -I call ~1pm, owner says my phone is ready -I arrive ~1:50pm -Owner does not have my screen protector -Owner gives me my phone w/ new screen -I give my credit card and he runs it; I ask if I will be sent a receipt, he says yes -I see my phone won't boot up, owner acts surprised -He takes phone back, plugs it in; it is not charging, only comes up w/ logo screen, then powers down -He plugs the phone into a new cable into a different outlet, asks me to let it charge -He says if there is an issue w/ the battery, he will replace it free of charge -He mentions my screen not coming in until this morning, which does not match up w/ previous day -I get phone to power up after ~10min of charging, find phone has been factory reset; owner acts surprised again -I do setup, able to partially recover data, phone will require hours of re-setup to restore -I ask for discount due to factory reset -Owner refuses discount -I say phone is in worse condition -He tells me cost of labor is $70, I ask for that back, he refuses -I say I won't leave until I get discount -He offers to put cracked phone screen on phone and give me full refund -I say yes to full refund, but I won't give my phone back -I decide to leave, tell him I will dispute transaction -Owner blocks my exit -I force door open, I threaten to call police -I go to elevator, owner pursues while calling police -He stops elevator, tells police I am stealing -I exit via stairs, owner pursues -I get my car, drive away -Get text from owner @ 7:34pm, he says will refund labor costs; I don't respond

    I was quoted $90 and 2.5 hours. .After 6 hours I went to pick up my phone, and they said $190. When I asked about the price difference, they just said that the other employee " shouldnt have told me that". It was unfortunate but was still willing to pay. I took my phone in for a back glass repair. it worked perfectly when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, it could not connect to my carrier. After chatting with them, they said they would call back to see if another tech could fix the problem, which would also come with an additional charge. They never called back so I was forced to take it to the apple store, where their tech team discovered a bunch of the broken back glass still inside the phone, under the glass that LML had installed. This glass severed the carrier antenna inside, and damaged other interior components beyond repair. I was forced to buy a whole new phone for almost $800. When i finally got a hold of LML 8 days later, they took no responsibility, and offered no help other than to try to get the broken phone back and they could fix it. I am left with nothing but a "we will give you half off next time you need a repair"

    I had my screen replaced by LML repair, but the repair was not done correctly. Immediately following the repair the touch sensor would not work on the new screen. Less than 12 hours later a large green line appeared on the screen. I contacted the owner and he said the issue could have been due to over-tightening the phone during install and the repairs would be done without an extra charge. When I showed up to have the repair fixed he didn't know who I was and claimed to need the part. Since then he changed his tune and would like to send the phone off and charge me for additional parts. The phone is in worse condition than when I dropped it off with him after a $328 repair. Meanwhile he keeps asking me to write a (positive) review. I would like a refund for the services that were not correctly provided, or for him to stand behind his workmanship and finish the repair correctly.

    I went to this phone repair business to replace my cracked iPhone screen on November 18th. When I received my phone back, the man working there pressured me to leave a 5 star review without testing my phone. When I went home and began using the phone, I discovered that the screen was inoperable. The screen was ghost typing, not working when I clicked buttons, and the Face ID was disabled. I paid approximately $155.02 for a broken phone screen that has made my iPhone unusable. I emailed the business after I discovered this and asked for a refund. They said I could come in for a replacement, but when I asked when I could come in, they stopped responding. There are multiple negative reviews on ****** of this business with similar stories. I want a full refund of this service, as I was not given the product that I paid for, and I had to go to the Apple store and pay an additional $200 for a correct phone screen replacement. This business is essentially running a scam and providing faulty products, and I hope that reporting this will hopefully stop others from being scammed.
