I purchased the "Sir ****** *********" statue from Level52 Studios on November 2, 2019 for $249.99. The statue was estimated to ship out in the second quarter of 2020, but had been delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. These delays have continued well into 2023. In September 2023, I requested a refund over email, as I don't believe the item in question will be produced. However, I have been completely ignored. The company has removed their online store which listed the statue for sale from their website and they have disabled comments on all their social media accounts.Initial Complaint

On September 14, 2020, I ordered a "Bili The Angry Ape" Statue from Level 52 Studios, which was promised to be delivered to me the following year.Due to delays, the company kept pushing the date of delivery back, until they completely closed down their website (***************************************), which now provides no info on the project, or any other projects they've failed to deliver on.I've reached out several times since 2020 to try and get a refund but kept getting assured I would get my statue. The support email they utilized is no longer responding to me, and their social media has locked all comments.I have yet to receive this statue or my refund. And would likey money back immediately. I bought the ********* statue from Level52 Studios back in 2019 for $399. They aren't answering any emails and have not posted any updates in the last year. I've been trying to refund this product for years now.After some issues in production, the statue was supposedly being produced by another company, PureArts, now for $600, though claiming previous customers will receive it at the original price. Whenever I spoke to purearts support, they said they were always waiting on information from Level52.Today, it appears that the statue has disappeared from the PureArts website. I pre-ordered an item from this business back in November 2019. I needed to rely on email to get production updates because I do not use social media, and the newsletter sign-up feature on their website was broken. I received relatively prompt replies to my questions, but because there was still no movement on the project as of February 2024, I was offered a refund and accepted. I supplied the information needed to process the refund and have not received any replies since. Company listed a product for preorder back around May 2020 with a release in October of 2020. I preordered the item (Fl4k: A Good **** Borderlands 3 Statue) paid for it ($649.99); and never received it. *** reached out to the company multiple times, and only gotten a handful of responses with the last one in April of 2023. I looked online and found this is an ongoing issues with almost ALL their products. I have tried to reach out and ask for a refund or even another update and no response was given. I supported this company via Kickstarter (under the company name of Broken Anvil Miniatures, which is owned by Lever52 Studios) in July 2022. Between both the pledge and add-ons, I have paid $348.05. it has come to light that this company has miss-used the project's funds to partially fund a variety of other projects not related to this project (Rivenstone miniatures game). The company is lying about project progress, the status of their employees, and appearing to embezzle the funds via a "merger" with another company that ********************* owns. The delivery window for this order has passed with no delivery time table given.Business Response

All of this information is false. Accusing someone of a crime without proof is an actionable offense.
No embezzlement has taken place. Nor did I own the acquiring company, you have your facts completely wrong.
Our projects are progressing as stated in numerous updates via the Kickstarter page. This is simply another attempt at harassment by this unrelenting mob.
You are not getting refunded. You agreed to the terms in the Kickstarter you pledged too and when your item is ready to ship you will be notified. Please read the updates on the Kickstarter page and pay attention.
Any information that does not come directly from us should be considered false, any person on said forum is working with false information and is spreading lies in an attempt to hurt us.

Hey, I wanted to share this concerning situation I've come across with Broken Anvil Miniatures (BAM) and Level 52 Studios. They ran a Kickstarter campaign for this tabletop game called "Rivenstone: A Brand New Tabletop Miniature Skirmish Game." It started off really strong they got a crazy amount of funding, $233,743.00 from ***** backers. And that's not all, they even collected more money from add-ons after the campaign ended.Now, the original plan was to have everything ready and delivered by June 2023. But guess what? They had to extend the delivery on August 25, 2023. And that's where my concern comes in. What's even more worrying is that I've found instances of Level 52 Studios, which seems to be connected to BAM, having trouble with past projects too. Level 52 is BAM because I was charged $90.20 in addons for the Rivenstone pledge manager by Level52. I stumbled upon some posts on Reddit and Kickstarter where folks were complaining about things not being delivered as promised. And there's this one post I found on a forum, which could be from a former employee, hinting at some shady stuff.*************************************************************** I'm not feeling good about this at all. I've lost confidence that BAM and Level 52 Studios will fulfill their end of the deal, and honestly, it's starting to look like this whole project might be a scam. I've decided to request a refund as of August 28, 2023. I just thought you should know, especially if you've heard of similar experiences with them. There is no scam or fraud like behavior happening.
We have delivery delays with the collectibles aspect of our business which is handled in production in *****. Delays on those projects are out of our hands. When it comes to our Miniatures and ************** Broken Anvil, we have updated all backers of the projects that we are experiencing delays with production. We outlined the reason for the delays and gave a timeline to when we would expect shipping. They are notified via Ks updates.
The information posted on the forum the complainant referenced is false. It was made by someone without inside or accurate information and was made in order to try to hurt us. That information is false and has no bearing on the reality of the situation.
You are outside of your refund period. You will not be getting a refund as stated and agreed to in our terms present in the Kickstarter in which you pledged to.

March 3rd, 2019, a Kickstarter was funded. I backed the Kickstarter to support the company because I was interested in their product. COVID came around and it affected LEVEL 52. They were uncertain if they could finish production and offered a refund for backers or to keep hope alive and continue to wait. I wanted to wait and see what would happen. After that message, everything has gone south. November 29th, 2021 was the last update/form of contact from LEVEL52. Since then, they have not given the option to get a refund nor updated backers who still had "hope" in the Kickstarter. I understand that there was nothing to update, but 0 communication is terrible, especially when you still have the money from backers and have not fulfilled the promise of the Kickstarter or refunded it. I have attempted multiple emails to contact this company, twice via their website and three times through Kickstarter. I also contacted Kickstarter about this company, and they said they will try to contact with them. Despite every attempt, I have received 0 response from LEVEL52 and have not received my refund of $127 they have stolen. This is very frustrating for me and possibly others in the same situation. All this for just wanting a simple refund, but having a company flat out refuse to respond is terrible business practice. I can provide proof of messages on Kickstarter alongside my interactions with Kickstarter support. Backed a kickstarter for this company for a statue nearly 3 years ago.There were multiple delays due to covid, but they continued to drag out the delivery dates, then after 11/2021, ceased all communication, do not respond to comments, provide updates, respond to messages on social media.4 months ago, I finally got an email reply saying they would keep me updated, update the kickstarter, and that things were still in production, and then just as suddenly, all communication ceased again. I am rejecting this response because:1. Updating your kickstarter with any kind of update for ************ instead of ignoring them is better than silence.
2. Refunds were offered in November of 2021 for the kickstarter, but we were lead to understand if we didn't request them, we would still get the product, that summer. I chose to continue my support at that time. That was also the last time any communication was provided on that platform.
3. I have emailed the company several times, and 4 months ago was replied to saying there would be updates before you went silent again. Now saying I never messaged you is a flat lie.
Production issues during covid is/was understandable. Lack of communication, and ignoring customers is not.

***** has been a major problem with dealing with anything getting produced in *****. It has affected our business pretty substantially and we are doing our best to resolve all outstanding issues.
